TOURIST AUDIO GUIDE
That offers three different routes that explain the urban evolution of the city, its origins in the Iberian-Roman city of Cástulo and the heritage left by its important mining past.
ACCESS TO “EL PÓSITO LINARES”
That includes the City Interpretation Centre and Raphael Museum. A tourist and exhibition space that shows the essence of Linares through the urban evolution of Linares, its heritage, its bullfighting tradition and its typical flamenco singing, the Taranta. Moreover, visitors can enjoy the museum devoted to the most international artist from Linares: Raphael.
ACCESS TO THE CRYPT AND CHAPEL OF THE MARQUISES OF LINARES’S HOSPITAL.
This magnificent neogothic and historicist building gives, in its rooms, information about the diseases typical of the work in mines and the link between health and religion. Inside the crypt we can admire the imposing mausoleum made by Lorenzo Coullaut Valera where the mortal remains of the Marquises of Linares rest.
